Lioness Quilt Pattern

Back in August, I entered into the Quilter's Candy Art Gallery Fabric fat quarter bundle giveaway. Winning the bundle meant that you had to create something with them. And here it is, I present to you the Lioness Quilt. 

 

All mothers possess at least one lioness trait. They are independent, fierce, loyal, brave, strong, graceful and agile. As soon as I learnt about Pat Bravo's new collection, Nuncia, was a tribute to her mother and was inspired by the memories she had with her and the life lessons she left behind, I had to call this throw size quilt Lioness.

 

The Lioness Quilt pattern is the perfect project to bust your fat quarter stash. It is made up of 13 different fat quarters and is designed for advanced beginners. If you're feeling extra creative, you can replace the 4.5” squares in this pattern with 4.5" scrappy squares in your stash. The pattern comes in throw size only - 59" x 59".
